An Invitation.

This is an invitation.

To anyone who gives a damn.

To those who still believe in courage, loyalty, and service.

To anyone tired of watching good men and women slip through the cracks.

If you’ve ever wondered what you can do, where to start, how to help, how to make any of this matter, start here.

What It Means to Stand Up

Every day, twenty-four veterans die by suicide. This is a crisis.

Behind every number is a name, a family, a story that shouldn’t have ended the way it did.

You want to honor our veterans today?

Stand up.

Educate yourself.

Watch In Waves and War on Netflix.

Meet Marcus and Amber Capone, founders of VETS (Veterans Exploring Treatment Solutions). Two people who turned their own pain into purpose. Marcus, a former Navy SEAL, fought his hardest battle after leaving service. Amber stood by his side and helped build the solution, a lifeline for others walking that same dark road.

VETS funds psychedelic-assisted therapy grants for combat veterans dealing with TBI's, PTSD, depression, and suicidal ideation. They are changing lives every single day, giving warriors a chance to heal, reconnect, and find their way home.

This is why Bigger Than Waves exists.

To help carry that mission forward.

Why We Ride

Personally, surfing has always been a test of patience, of courage, of faith. It’s where I’ve learned the most about who I am and who I want to be.

But over time, I realized that riding waves wasn’t enough. That all the risk, training, and discipline meant nothing if it didn’t serve someone else.

That’s when this mission took shape.

When I met Marcus and learned about VETS, I saw a mirror. Two worlds built on courage and service, both staring down fear and choosing to move forward anyway.

From that point on, every wave had meaning.

Every moment of preparation, every risk, every ride, it all became a way to raise awareness, funding, and hope for those who’ve already given everything.

That’s what Bigger Than Waves is about.

It’s about using what we have, our gifts, our platforms, our lives, to serve those who stand for us.

Be Part of the Solution

You can make a difference. Right now.

Start by learning. Watch the documentary, In Waves and War on Netflix. Check in on your friends. Share the mission.

And if you feel called, ride with us.

Join the groundswell of people who believe in living for something bigger.

Because this is more than a campaign.

It’s a stand against veteran suicide.

It’s a movement of purpose meeting performance.

It's faith in action.

To every veteran reading this, thank you.

For your courage.

For your sacrifice.

For your service.

Bigger Than Waves is live.

And we’re just getting started.

Ride for those who stand for us.

Purpose meets Performance.
